Our Delivery Message and guarantee
Beecourse cares about every customer and every order. All our parcels are discreetly wrapped and there's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel or who the sender is. Royal Mail requires us to have a return address on your parcel. We attach a label that states:

You can choose Royal Mail or Courier despatch at the checkout. Orders sent by Royal Mail are despatched first class post –most on the same day as ordered but cannot be tracked and we are not responsible for items lost in the post, however we do all we can to help you find your parcel if it is delayed. Orders that are sent by courier can be tracked and you will be given a tracking number by "confirmation of despatch" email. This service is NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
We recognise that sometimes the reality doesn't always coincide with a computer image. For this reason Beecourse have our special - Review - Return Guarantee.
Our sex toys are individually sealed in special clear polythene so that you can see each of the products for real without breaking the individual product seals. For you this means that you can return the product if you don't like the look of it. In crediting you, we will deduct the cost of postage and packaging and a 15% handling charge. This is an added bonus in addition to your statutory rights - so you know you will never end up with something that you don't like. Items that come to us in sealed packaging from the manufacturers cannot be tested before despatch, so we give you a no quibble guarantee that if the item is faulty on delivery, it will be replaced without question and your postage refunded.
Please note there is no return on DVDs or Books for copywrite reasons. Our DVDs are for Zone 2 only. This means that if you live outside of the UK or Europe they may not work on your player.
