Our Delivery Message and guarantee
Beecourse cares about every customer and every order. Orders are despatched first class post or by Courier– most on the same day as ordered. All our parcels are discreetly wrapped and there's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel or who the sender is.
We pride ourselves at Beecourse on our customer care. We test each product where we can, before we dispatch it to you. You will know that when your order arrives it has been tested so that it works. If we are unable to open the packaging of your product before dispatch we put a note on the product to say so. We have a NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE that if the item its faulty we will immediately replace or refund, what ever you want.
You have a choice of delivery method, either by first class Royal Mail or by Courier. You choose at the checkout. Where you opt for Royal Mail, then all orders over £50.00 are sent Free of charge (UK Mainland Only) other than those containing Erotic Furniture. With these items, despite the order being in excess of £50, we pass on the net delivery charge imposed by the manufacturer. Goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive by this method. Please note that for Courier delivery next day service orders must be received by 1.00pm. All orders received after that time will be sent out the following day for delivery the day after. Please note there is no Saturday delivery. So Courier orders received in time on a Friday will be received on the following Monday.
All orders dispatched by Beecourse are sent in plain packaging. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel. Your purchase is kept secret from both your neighbours and your postmen.
Royal Mail requires us to have a return address on your parcel. We attach a label that states:

Our Courier requires your telephone number. He will need to contact you should there be no one at the delivery address.
We send product out in two ways:
Strong padded bags secured with packaging tape or in strong cardboard boxes sealed with heavy duty packaging tape.
There are no markings on the back or side of your Beecourse parcel. The only markings are your address label and a returns label plus, where appropriate, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery stickers.
Who is Rachel?
Rachel is in charge of our packing and despatch department at Beecourse. She is responsible for all customer's orders and sending them out to you on time. She let's you know if there is any delay in sending your order. In the unlikely event you have a complaint or a return, Rachel looks after you and your query until you are completely satisfied. Rachel and her team work hard to ensure that our customers are happy with all items purchased from Beecourse.
