Our Delivery Message and guarantee

We pride ourselves at Beecourse on our customer care.  We test each product where we can before we dispatch it to you.  If we are unable to open the packaging of your product before dispatch we put a note on the product to say so.  We have a NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE that if the item its faulty we will immediately replace or refund, what ever you want.
All orders dispatched by Beecourse are sent in plain packaging. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel or who the sender is. Your purchase is kept 100% secret from your neighbours and your friendly postmen.
Royal Mail requires us to have a return address on your parcel.  We attach a label that states:
