Hi,

I have a new girlfriend and we had sex for the first time on the weekend. I had no problem getting hard initially (in fact I often find myself getting hard just by kissing her, not necessarily just before having sex). But as we were about to have sex I found myself not being able to keep it up.

I have had this problem twice before in my life,...but never with anyone who I was actually dating seriously. Now that it happened with my girlfriend, im almost in shock. How can it be so easy to get hard just by holding her hand or touching her, but then when it comes to sex I cant keep it up?

I am now very nervous about it possibly happening again.

Im guessing it might be nerves? Performance anxiety? Id appreciate any advice you can offer.
