The G spot is about 2" in on the front wall of the vagina. If you insert your finger (or your partner's)into the vagina and move it in a "come hither" movement you should be able to access it. It is a soft fleshy mound which to some feels a bit like velvet or corderoy. Also if you have hit the right spot you may feel like urinating (having a pee) and this is normal. The fluid you speak of may be female ejaculant or the spasm of orgasm may have made you urinate.
