Beecourse Limited is a UK business selling goods and services to consumers via the Internet. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation.    a). The Beecourse range of goods & services is only available to those over the age of 18 years. As the exact circumstances of the use of Beecourse products is beyond our control, Beecourse accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of any misuse by the customer of any of the products in the range.
   b). All items supplied by Beecourse Ltd are for fun only. Beecourse does not make or imply any therapeutic or medicinal claims or properties of any kind.
   c). Beecourse Limited makes no representation or warranties of any kind with regard to this site or the contents. Beecourse Limited disclaims all such representations and warranties.
   d). Beecourse Limited is not responsible or liable for any diagnosis made by a user based on the content of this website. All contents of this site are for general information and should not be treated as a substitute for the medical advice of your own doctor or any other health professional. Always consult your own GP if you are in any way concerned about your health.
   e). Neither Beecourse Limited nor any of its employees or representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages and claims of third parties.

2. Delivery

   a). Delivery charges will be based on the weight of the package with a minimum charge of £3.25. All items will be dispatched in strong, anonymous packaging, with a return address only on the reverse. Delivery will be via Royal Mail 1st class post or by a registered courier company. Your receipt will be included within the package. We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days (weekends and Bank Holidays excluded). We do our best to hold all items in stock but in the event we do not have an item in stock we will advise you. If you have opted for Courier Delivery please note that orders MUST be received by us by 1.00pm to be eligible for next day delivery.  Orders received after this time will be despatched the following day for delivery the day after. Please note there is no Saturday delivery.  So Courier orders received in time on a Friday will be received on the following Monday.
   b). We accept no responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. If you prefer to have tracking of your order please request this service by email.  You will be charged extra for this service and you will be advised of the cost of this service.

3. Guarantees

   a). Beecourse Ltd guarantees that any product you are not perfectly happy with may be returned within 14 days. We will offer you a refund (excluding post, packaging and a 15% handling charge) or exchange at the lower price provided the product is returned in perfect condition, unused and any seals attached to the product or packaging remain unbroken. Products that are found to be faulty on delivery may be returned and a full credit or exchange will be made.
   b). Beecourse Ltd will dispatch all items that require protection for hygiene reasons in a clear bag or wrap that is sealed. This seal is designed to ensure our product remains unused therefore you can be totally assured that every product you purchase is unused.
   c) Due to copyright laws, books & videos are not returnable unless they are faulty.
   d). All DVDs sold by Beecourse Ltd. are for Region 2 (Europe) only, they are not suitable for use in Region 1 (North America).  Any purchase from any other Region of such DVDs, the purchaser will be deemed to be responsible for ensuring that he/she can view DVDs with Region 2 coding. No refunds or returns will apply to DVDs wrongly purchased.

4. Pricing

   a). The price you pay is displayed clearly in pounds sterling by each product and includes Value Added Tax. Non UK residents can reclaim this tax.

5. Complaints

   a). If you should have any complaint with any of the products or services, please contact our customer service department by email info@beecourse.com.
   b). We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, advise you how long it will take to resolve and keep you informed throughout the process.

   a). All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. This website is protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and intellectual content of this website are the property of Beecourse Limited. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website is strictly prohibited. Any framing of this website is prohibited.

   a). Beecourse Ltd guarantees your privacy. We will never sell or trade our mailing list to any other company.
   b). Security is very important to Beecourse Limited and we take every precaution to protect your personal information both on and off line. All orders placed online are heavily encrypted to ensure your total peace of mind whilst shopping.
   c). We are registered under the Data Protection Act with regard to confidentiality, security and privacy of your personal and financial details.

   a). Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that our product descriptions, uses, photographs, prices and information are accurate, we do not accept liability for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the web and these are within the limitations of Internet technology. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms & conditions,
   b). By ordering products and/or services from this site you are entering into a contract with Beecourse Ltd. This contract is subject to the law of England & Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
